The edible species of broccoli has a ability to bioaccumulate a high level of minerals and metabolize them into their plant tissues and structure, which is why it would be so ideal for making supplements where higher levels of minerals would be needed than normally needed the food we eat is present. This formula has optimal amounts of vitamins and minerals and is suitable for vegans. For those of you who prefer capsules it is the ideal choice.
